Thread: how about this cycle

    how about this cycle

    Will be using clen ( 20mg tabs), eq 250, test enth, winny 50mg tabs...
    wikk be a 12 week cycle to gain lean mass, and loose fat%
    injections will be on M and TH
    Week one....500mg test, 350-400mg eq
    week 2-6........" ", 60mg clen on training days,20mg,when off
    week 6-12......same as above, with addition of 50mg of winny per day
    I also have nolva, and liquidex on had for pct, or gyno
    In the past i have only done bulking cycles, so this would be my first cutting type cycle...Please give me any input you have...thx

    OK let me explain this to you. you can bulk or cut on any compound. its all on your diet. now to bulk is one diet and to cut is another diet. cannot be on 2 diets at the same time therefore what I'm telling you is either you bulk or you cut, cannot do both at the same time.. now when you cutt. the compounds assist you in keeping as much muscle mass as possible. so do not expect to gain anything. the only reason peopl euse fast acting compound while cutting is because it doesnt hold water. its not going to burn fat unless its clen or dnp. hope that helped

    I realize that I can't bulk and cut at the same time..I was just stating that in the past I have bulked, and I have never cut before. I will be using clen to help w/this. Do you have any good workout, or diet tips?

    depending on how extreme you want to go. i'm a bodybuilder so my diet is extreme. cardio twice a day, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach an d last thing before bed. as for diet. 150 grams of carbs, 350 to 400 grams of protein and and bot 80 to 100 grams of fat. fat to be eaten with protein oly meals. I dont believe in training with light and high reps. I still life as heavy as possible. hope that helped.

    I work and have a hecktic schedule from work, so I can't get quite that crazy. I want to do cardio at least 4 times per week, lift 5, and eat a sensible diet. I found a diet that is pretty good, and pretty easy to follow too. Sometimes its hard for me to eat right while working, because I'm on the road a lot.
    So, you don't recamend the high reps low weight routine?

    I would never recommend a high rep light weight routine at all. even when I'm a few week out of a competition. I uses ronnie coleman's principle, lift as heavy as you can.

    thanks, is there any advise you could give me, on diet and a workout routine? I'm in sales, so for instance I woke up ran 2 mile worked 11 hours, hit the gym for about and hour and 15min. I don't know if i could keep that up for 12 weeks though.

    What are your stats? Age, weight, bf, cycle exp.

    A few things need to be worked out in your cycle but need info first.

    very very true...there was a thread about this just a bit ago...people u must understand you cant bulk and cut at the same time....do one or the other...if your wanting to put on size do it first..get where you want then cut.....just my .02

    I'm 25, 6'4", 225lbs, and this is my 5th cycle. I'm not completely sure about my bf, probably 12-14%. I'm looking to get down to %. I want to cut, or get into summer shape. In the past I have always bulked. My last cycle was dbol & test enth. I went from 215 to 235, and got strong as hell!! I took a long break over the holidays after my cycle. So I've just been getting back into the gym about a month ago.. I feel like a bitch right now!! Let me know what you guys think..thx

    have you guys ever heard of 200mg clen tabs? This guy at work says thats what he gets. He says he goes a half tab a day for 3 days then takes a day off. He does this for 4weeks, takes 2 off, then goes on for another 4.
