Beginner Cycle
Age:23
3 1/2 Years Lifting Exp.
Currently: 190lbs
B/F - 16%
I've been reading up quite a bit about cycling and I'm very interested. But I'm not sure what the best step to take when diving into this at first. I don't really need to go for the best but maybe something that is going to make a significant difference would be great. If anyone could offer me some advice and suggestions on what I should take for my first time. I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks Alot.

How much do you eat? Do you know what a PWO is? How often/long do you train? How do you train(sets, volume, etc...)? Answer these for yourself before thinking about hitting the sauce.

Test E or Sustanon 500mgs/week followed by proper Pct.

I strive for 7 meals a day but usually average about 6 meals a day. Calorie intake is now about 3800-4200 daily with Protein average of 330-360. I train 5 days a week with about 7-8 Exercises with about 25-30 reps in each exercise, I do very lite cardio.
Postworkout - Protein Shake (Which I do about 4 a day) and was taking Cell Mass for a while as well.Last edited by jalwesty; 04-03-2006 at 11:35 AM.

Well I got the info I needed just some quick advice for beginning cycle. I'm almost 100% positive my diet is fine and I get plenty of carbs, I'm not just sitting around eating steak and chicken all day, chasing it with protein shakes.
