important: eat carbs when taking ala

i didnt know this and almost passed out behind the wheel the other day. you can get hypoglocemia if you take ala on an empty stomach. you must take ala with food preferably alot of carbs too. good luck

From what I read and heard hypoglycema as a side effect from ALA occurs in people who are diebetic.
