What Should i use for my third cycle?

ok, its time for my third cycle. i was looking to gain some lean mass and getting a bit more cut at the same time. i've been doing like 30-45 min of cardio 4 days a week. my diet is pretty strict. im 22 183lbs and 15% body fat.

should i work on getting my bf down a bit more before i start?
and what would you guys recommend on taking?

height would be nice to know
secondly its all diet dependent and very difficult to put on muscle while cutting i dont kare what your doing.

15% is a lil on the soft side if u bulk it will get outta hand quick unless your very careful and the only thing that sucks worse than cutting is VERY CLEAN BULKING.

i say CUT natty to 10-12% or atleast abs are nicely visible then cycle for size.

you should go with cardio, and diet. try and ecya "ephedrine, caffeine, yohimbine, and asprin". after you do that for a while and the weightloss stops get some clen. thats all you need to get the bf down. also if youve already done two cycles and have the stats you do it sounds like more juice is the last thing you need. you should really work on your training remime and diet. allso do you know what a proper pct is? not trying to flame you bro, just trying to help
