Calf injections are a bad idea... spot injections for localized site growth are a myth..... the only thing that really works for this is synthol... but that is for highly experienced users... it needs to be injected correctly or u will wind up looking like an ass like greg V...

I believe HGH has 'some' fat burning properties and Synthol swells the muscle fascia. As above, only for the experienced. It needs to be administered correctly/carefully.

HGH definitely works for Spot injections for "fat loss", but thats it. I'm so tired of hearing guys talking about injecting steroids into their biceps and making them bigger. (Conseco and Danny Bonaducii are prime examples of this)

Basically.

A properly virilized man will have a bigger upper torso (especially a broader shoulder girdle) when compared to a man that is hypogonadal... and this effect is seen in exogenous supraphysiological administration of anabolic steroids. So you can expect some favoritism in the upper body - but don't think it is from injecting into a specific spot.

Some say suspensions (non esterfied steroids) or 17A (like Winstrol) might have an effect - but it is still debateable... don't put all your hopes into it. GH might be of some benefit. Not sure what the talk is about exogenous insulin having any site-specific results...

Calves are tricky - make sure you are training them with a good stretch and at least 40 seconds of time under tension per set. Genetics can really screw you here too - if you have a high insertion... only dedicated and specialized surgical procedures could give you any real hope in having large calve muscle bellies...

Some roid users claim that injectable Winstrol give local muscle growth, and therefor inject it directly into their biceps, triceps to get better local gains.

IGF (not LR3 IGF-1) will promte site growth along with an aide in fat loss. Also suspension has been said to help site growth.
