yea at your weight right now pro hormones/steroids are not the path for you to be taking.. im not saying you were going to just giving you some advice.. if your not gaining weigh= EAT MORE! once you think your eating enough eat some more.. eat eat eat.. i used to be skeptical when people said work on your diet.. when i finally listened and ATE alot thats when i grew.. my advice is go into the diet forum and read how to bulk sticky on the top.. good luck

One thing I would recommend is to monitor calorie intake with what you are eating. It looks like you know what "decent" foods are and that you will probably steer away from all the crap on a daily basis.
Also, back off the weight gain and bump veggies up to four or five servings a day. Get some fruit in your diet as well and add a little more bread, cereal, rice.
Try to eat 3,000 calories each day for a week and see how full that makes you and if you gain anything.
The next week - try 3,250 calories a day.
Do this until you gain two or three pounds in a week and then that should be your benchmark for gaining some steady weight for a few weeks.

i wouldnt yet. im similar to you.
you may only gain a few lbs of muscle a year. i only gained that much natutrally from when i started training at 16. just make sure not to overtrain and get enough protein. dont use to much off that weight gainer stuff. use it post workout or something, or in the moring. dont go crazy with it. try not to gain more than 20lbs of fat when seriously bulking. it will tak 3 months or more to lose that and if you try to lose it faster you WILL lose muscle. i have done ALOT of back and forth, like that, and it blows.
