    ill tell you b4 anyone else tells you and is rude about it, you should probably state your goals, weight, diet, workout routin, bf% if known, age, months/yrs of training, and so forth..... just to help ppl give you the advice you could really use

    never ask for a source on the open board. i bet you are getting quite a few PM's by now. you might be setting up yourself to be scammed. instead PM a mod or vet that might be able to help you. take that advice and run with it. dont do that again.

    thanks for the help, for the record I am 27, just started lifting again seriously in the past 9 months. Started playing football again for a semi pro team, seams as if everyones on some sort of gear. I am 6'3" weigh 290 with 14.5 % bodyfat, in college football I was 315 with 8 % bodyfat so marraige got to me. I am wanting to cycle sus to get my strength back up to where it was when I was 21 and hopefully put on 10 pounds of muscle or so
