ok, i have been researching diets and workout programs and i have found a diet and workout plan that i am comfortable with(diet plan from steroid.com). and i have started the diet part of my plan. mainly because i am overweight a good bit--26 years old, 6' 1, 310, dont know bf% but im sure it aint good, i have seen 12 pounds drop in almost 3 months and i know it is a slow process as well as a lifestyle change, so i am coupling my diet with a 30 min/day ride on my bike....
anyway, to stop babbling, what would be a good cycle to use to accelerate my weightloss.
i know part of my problem was eating wrong and i have changed that. i cut out all liquids except water, and no more going in the gas station when i get gas and grabbing a coke and a candybar and i must say i feel much better and any help would be appreciated
