    1st cycle suggestions....

    ok, i have been researching diets and workout programs and i have found a diet and workout plan that i am comfortable with(diet plan from steroid.com). and i have started the diet part of my plan. mainly because i am overweight a good bit--26 years old, 6' 1, 310, dont know bf% but im sure it aint good, i have seen 12 pounds drop in almost 3 months and i know it is a slow process as well as a lifestyle change, so i am coupling my diet with a 30 min/day ride on my bike....
    anyway, to stop babbling, what would be a good cycle to use to accelerate my weightloss.

    i know part of my problem was eating wrong and i have changed that. i cut out all liquids except water, and no more going in the gas station when i get gas and grabbing a coke and a candybar and i must say i feel much better and any help would be appreciated

    you need to get your bodyfat down before you cycle. Also steroids do NOT burn fat, diet and cardio do. Head over to the diet forum and training forums on here and camp out a while. If you can try to do 30-45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and watch the lbs disappear as long as you eat right
