i have never used steroids and now i bought danabol "Blue hearts"
iff i use just danabol for 12 weeks what will happend ?
someone told me thad i should just use them for 4 weeks then use
some others steriods the proplem is thad i cant inject me with needle

what should i do ?
and what should i not do ?

if you cant take needles.. steroids is not for you, plain n simple.. orals only will **** you up. and doing 12 weeks of dbol's is suicide for your organs

I take it this is your 1st cycle?

Dont use dianabol for 12 weeks

It is suggested to use Test E or Sustanon250 at 500mgs for 12 weeks.

why cant you inject your self with a needle? sounds like your not ready bro!

I dont advise the use of AAS for you because uou need serious research. Although If I have to recomend a substance for you then I would go with...

Sustanon 250mgs OR Test E 250mgs............................................ .........

Week 1-12 500mgs

inject your self twice a week. each shot consists of 250mgs.

Dont take d-bol for 12 weeks your ****in crazy.

On a serious note: Yeah listen to 2 minutes. Save it for a next cycle when you are ready ( even though thats alot of d-bol)

I would try to give it back to your supplier and ask for your money back. Or maybe give it to your supplier for a trade of the test e or sustanon and pay him the difference.

sell them. it doesnt sound like steroids are for you. steroids arent some kind of vitamin supplement that you just do whatever with and the worst thats gonna happen is you dont get ur moneys worth. dianabol for 12 weeks will rape your liver. do some serious research and see if u change ur mind about the needles.

I would assume not. He's already on the cycle, might as well finish it off.
Get test e or sustanon run ir for 10 weeks at 500mgs/week.(2 shots of 250mgs)

then use Clomid and Nolvadex for pct.

Clomid : day 1-10 100mgs everyday
day2-21 50mgs everyday

Nolvadex: day1-8 : 60mgs
day9-16 : 40mgs
day17-28 :20mgs

For starters, there's nothing wrong with a oral only cycle.
Alot of first timers do it.
My first cycle was Dbol 50mg ED for 8wks.
But, i would not recommend you do that cycle at the same time nobody can really stop you.
What i would recommend is Dbol 30mg ED for 6wks.............

I would never do a oral only cycle because if you are going to pump orals in a punish your organs, you might as well get the best gains possible. I would try to get some test e and only shoot it once a week if the shots are a problem. Have a friend that knows what he is doing stick you and you will realize it is not that hard.
