My Cutting Cycle
hello all.
im new to the site so please bear with me.
ive currently just started taking stanzolol tabs after loosing 31lbs of mainly fat. ive lost 4-5 inches off my waist since xmas and im currently about 17-18% bf down from 26%.
i want to get down to about 10-12% by the summer without lossing anymore muscle.
ive been taking the tabs for about 5 days @ 25mgs ED. im going to go upto 50mgs ED.
ive also got some test prop that im going to introduce.
??? when would be the best time to introduce the test????
also..... i feel stronger and harder already off the winny and although dieting and loosing bf i have a put a few lbs on. is is normal to get this rapid gains off winny, or is it all just in my head???

Yes, Winny works fast. I've never done a Winny/Test cycle so I can't help you out with that but here is what I did last summer.
I did a Winny only cycle last summer.
I started off about 185lbs a 15%bf
I ended up about 178 @ 8%
so as you can see I lost a ton of fat and put on about 6lbs of muscle or so.
I did a ton of cardio though. I was doing a minimum of 45min a day. 30 in th e morning on an empty stomach. Winny alone won't get you ripped, your diet has to be super clean, and the cardio has to be there as well.......... Good luck.

the test shouldhave been introduced the day you started the winny.....
what are your stats and training/cycle history?_____________________

winny does not burn fat....diet and cardio burns fat....winny will only harden your muscles up.....

winny works best when your bodyfat is already low..at 17% dont expect a lot. Stick with diet and cardio and research on proper cycling and PCT

my diet is super clean, and im doing at least an hour a day workout, sometimes twice.
ive done three courses before but they where bulk based. i put a bit too much bulk on though (fat)
oh yeah..... im also cycling clen and ECA.
