i was thinkin about runnin clen to shred up before summer but i'm not on cycle and prolly not gonna be on cycle again untill fall. i'm 22, 5'11, 210. what kind of dose do yall think a guy my size should run and how long. i've read the profiles on clen so don't just give a link please.
diet is clean. good training schedule and cardio regularly.
