    Starting cycle want best for muscle and strength gains post please

    im not new to cycling. ive been waiting to do this cycle and had some questions. i like sustanon but it burns. ive read testosterone suspension is great but hurts like hell is it worse than sustanon? also i was taking 500mg total of testerone and it didnt gain much. i want to take more because i didnt have any bad side effects and i know i can handle it easily. whats the best stack to take to get the best and biggest gains off this cycle i will be starting soon please post anyone welcome.

    i would look a single estered test such as test e or cyp...500mg/wk for 12 weeks would do nicely followed by proper PCT. Suspension really should be shot at least twice a day and sust should be shot every other day

    every other day thats insane how many mg every other day and can u mix test e and test c together meaning take both

    yeah you can mix test e and cyp, but there really isnt any reason too. Just pick one or the other. Im shooting test prop every day..good stuff!!! I dont recommend sust b/c it has a blend of four different esters of test, which leads to fluctuating blood leves, which in turn increases the chances of side effects! Stick to test e or cyp, they only have to be shot twice a week!

    I'd keep it simple man...

    Diet
    4000 cals min
    gallon of water daily
    multi's, fish oils, all that good shit

    Cycle
    Test E 500mg a week for 10 weeks (250mg monday 250mg friday)

    PCT
    Nolva (Just a prefrence you can use whatever you want)
    4 weeks at 40/40/20/20

    Simple...

    the 1st time i took sus i took 10 ml in ten weeks i was 153lbs when i was done i was 181 but i never missed a dayin thegym thats for sure.an that was just the sus except 1st three weeks took 10 mg of dbol twice a day(little jump start for strength).now a little more extreme i went the next year with 20 ml cyp 20 ml sus an 10 ml deca 300in that order over 16 weeks gaining around the same amount weight. so i felt that i got used to or built a tolerence for the sus easily.an the good thing about the sus is it breaksdown test by test an not all at once so u tend to hold on to alarge portion of gains, hence weight water
