    Those who have used var before tell us what you think.

    I think it's a very overrated aas thats only good for showing a few veins.

    Fat loss, haven't noticed a difference.....Strength, haven't noticed a difference.

    Whens this stuff actually kick in full force?


    50mgs week 3 so far.

    TBOL blows this var away in strength/size/$ no contest.

    Tbol/var good pumps but not much size or strength why not??

    what are your stats? Many you need to up the dose of the var...

    6'4 245lbs currently 13% BF
    Diet is good enough.

    I'm trying to get at 240lbs 10% BF.


    Whens this sh*t kick in full force? Around week 3? Thats when tbol kicked in last time and the magic started to happen.

    Ive been running 80mg a day of var for the past 6 weeks, along with 75mg of prop/day and 1 gram of primo/wk and its pretty damn impressive. Ive run 50-60mg of var before, this is my first time w/ 80..dont know if its the var or the combination of gear, but im looking pretty cut right now, granted my diet and training have been pretty good. I seem to get compliments on a daily basis lately

    When you ran it 50-60mgs was it by itself? If so when did you notice the strength gains and vascularity kick in full blown?

    no i didnt run it by itself, the first time was w/ test e and Eq and the second was just w/ prop..never really noticed much in terms of strength gains, just hardness and vascularity..i seem to notice more this time b/c my bodyfat is lower this time. Its around 10% now, last time was about 13 or so

    Hellmask your a pretty big dude.. maybe bump up the var closer to 80 mgs.. see how you react to it then..good luck brotha

    See I'm running tbol with it. So I'm trying to stay realitively safe if you know what I mean. Tbol is harder on the kidneys/liver than var, and I see great gains at 40mgs so I'll keep the tbol at 40. With Var , I think I'm gonna bump it up to 60mgs probably due to its lighter on the liver and is pretty safe compared to others. Don't get me wrong this cycle is perfect for me, I just want it to kick in! Thanks brutha.

    i would have just picked one oral and gobbled up a bunch of it instead of playing it safe with both, jmo

    up it to 100 and see wat happens.. it never did anything for me.. to me its just hte oral version of EQ.. pricy and pointless.

    Anavar is not an effective muscle-builder at all. However, most users have decent strenght gains and improved vascularity with it. I like var at 100-150mgs ed.

    my fault.. i missed the part where you were running it with tbol.. my bad.. yea id bump the var up to 60mg and take it from there.. I also tried tbol stacked with some test e and i loved it... the pump was unreal.. i dont know if your running anything else but i thnk im going to run the same thing as you are now in the near future..
    prob: Week 1-5 40mg tbol/60 var
    Week 5-8 80 mg var.. something along those lines.. maybe you can try something like that.. run the tbol for 4-6 weeks then drop it and up the dosage of var.. just a suggestion.. whatever you do best of luck bro.. keep us updated

    Yep just the ol var/tbol stack. Can't run anything else, don't want to get any heavier on scale, it will just slow me down. So far I was doing 40/40 now I'm gonna do 40tbol/60var and hopefully it will kick in.

    I don't know...I saw great results of var in only 4 days (vascularity), and about 2 wks (strength)--this was a var only. But I ran it w/ prop b4 w/ similar results.

    I'll be starting it again in about a week! cant' wait

    im gonna post a diary once im done but im almost in wk 6 now with huge strength gains and ridiculous pumps..id say the best would be to run it around 8-10 wks at 60-80mg per day, the pumps are just sick i work at a nutrition store and every time i pick up a 5 oz bottle or something i get a pump like i just did a set of 100 reps with some dumbells, my bench is up about 45 lbs and my squat is up 90lbs...along with that i started around 10% BF and id say im at a high 7 % right now with zero change in diet, il get BF tested the last day and then ill post results...IMO its one of the best and ive used tren, test, eq, dbol....

    i'm on day 7 I was just on my cell and I got off and my arm was so pumped it felt like it was going to explode, my strength is improving and i'm leaning up niceley and i see some beautiful new viens..I like it i'm running 70mgs/ED along with 100mg Prop ED.

    I've researched and asked many people , and they all said 50mgs is a good dose for a var first timer. But your right alot do use at that dose.

    I will be running var at 80mg ed for 10 weeks along with prop 100mg ed and i hope i see some decent results... it's expensice sh!t.

    Me agrees. Keep in mind it's not a very strong compound. I started out at 35 mg, then the next week jumped to 45, then 55, then 60, then 75, now I'm running 80.

    I'm about the same size as you, only not as tall, and I've got a slightly higher bodyfat% (temporarily), so I would def up your dose now.
    Var helped my with definition, hardness, and strength, but it's more expensive than all my other gear combined.
    I'm definitely goling to try Tbol in my next cycle so I can compare objectively.
