    help

    I want to do my first cycle! I am looking at the novice cycle #1-1 on steriod .com. Is this a good cycle for the first time? Recomend anything better?

    imo you cant go wrong with running test enanthate at 500 mgs a week for 10-12 weeks for a first cycle. if you want to make even more gains then you could try also running 400-500 mgs a week of equi.
