Hello, I would like to know what's the difference between T3 and T4, and what should I take to boost my metabolism!!

In Laymen's terms T4 is converted into T3 in the body. If you were choosing one over the other than T3 is the one to choose. You should take an anabolic substance with T3 to prevent msucle wasting.
