    Highjacked thread & ? on Deca only

    First off, I'd like to apologize foe the thread I hijacked, at least he didn't slam me....won't happen again says the newbie....just learning the ropes here!


    My other question is:
    I'm starting my 1st cycle here very soon, 45...6'3'', 210LBS bf=20% approx maybe lower, it is just in my belly pinch about 2".
    I'll start with Test and Deca with all the necessary anti-estro's.
    I'm going to take Clenbut. as well to try to lose the FAT!

    The real question is should I diet for building....ie. high protein, considerable carbs, 6 small meals a day OR can I run a no Carb, or low carb...high protein to get rid of the beer belly? Sorry if I'm asking questions that can be found elsewhere, I'm a lost newbie.

    what exactly are your goals? bulk? cut? clean bulk?

    My exact goal is to shift the weight, bulk my legs, chest, arms, traps etc.
    But I've been out of commission for about 6 months, I mean down for the count, seems everything has gone to my belly....gotta get rid of it.

    Never done gear, hastly went and bought a cutting cycle with winny and deca, heard that's not good for 1st timer. Going to order some test e and Eq.

    Any thoughts, my gear takes 3 freakin weeks to get here....my winny and deca will be here any day. I'm like jonzen to get it on. I started back lifting a week ago and can't believe what I've lost. Any input would be appreciated, seasons right is now!! Marty

    6'3",210lbs, 45 years old, 20% bf maybe a little lower, lifting for 20 years, ex FF. I was actually thinking...which is probably dangerous with the lack of knowledge of AS. I got a cutting cycle w/ win & deca, I was actually going to kick it into high gear and run 4-5 miles a day and lift intensely every other day. I onny found this site a week ago, wish it would have been 2 months ago.

    Your not going to gain much muscle mass while doing that much running. You don't want to look like a distance runner do you?

    What are you trying to achieve, goal wise?

    Hows your diet?
    Do you do light morning cardio on an empty stomach?
    Do you like sprinting?


    You should post your current diet in the diet forum and your lifting routine in the workout forum. They will tell you what your doing wrong and critique it very well. Then once you get that straightened out train with it for about a month then jump on a test ONLY cycle. For your age test would be best.

    Looking back, I was running 30+miles a week, lifting ever other...got to 225 but couldn't get higher. I just was hooked on running and helped with my job.

    The diet now is basically very low carbs, mainly protein/meat, chicken, egss, veggies...no fruit. I'm trying to jump start the loss of bf. Just started sprinting last week, can do cardio in the morn on empty stomach.

    Will being on a cycle of test and deca with clen. help with loosing bf?

    I'm concerned with the bf but really the goal is to increase my mass.

    same as what i was thinkin bro. youve only been training for a week and youve already dropped alil, keep at it and put a few months hard work in the gym before hoppin on the juice. the real key to your goals are gettin your diet in check and addin the neccesary cardio at 70%max heart rate, that should help you tons to drop some fat off ya. also you could look into other things before using the juice for a would be quick fix (really its not) as such as fatburners and appetite surpessants like vasopro or lipo 6, both great for droppin some unwanted fat too.

    also, at your age im sure a simple test run when you are ready will get the job done, just work on priming your body up to then.

    Running 30+ miles/week and weighing 225lbs thats pretty impressive. You must have good genetics.

    Theres really no need in running the deca. You could run it at about 200mgs/week just to get some joint lube benefit to help in workouts. I don't like clen, do you have a healthy heart? If you don't stay far away. Test + deca will bloat you alot, so be sure to run a AI or anti E.

    This site kicks ass, really glad I found it. Don't get me wrong though I hit the weights now and "work out" benching 225, I've got really long arms, so it's not that the muscle not there it just took a vacation.

    Yes fortunately I was blessed with the genetics, my Father was a pretty well know Linebacker and was on my ass constanly which he was still around.
    Anyway I'm stll running a 9 minute mile, give me another 2 months.
    Heart is very health 118/70, resting pulse is 58.

    imo, the low carb diet is fu_kin bullsh_t. you need high quality carbs to keep your glycogen levels elevated (which is ideal for building muscle). as far as your diet question goes, it depends on what is your primary goal. do you want to bulk up, or do you want to cut?

    running on an empty stomach is totally catabolic bro, this will make you lose fat, but it will definately cause you to lose muscle too. if you want to gain muscle while losing fat, then dont avoid carbs, just avoid the bad carbs, which would include excessivly processed flour and sugar. you should make a point of eating anywhere from 30-60 grams of complex carbs (from oatmeal or shredded wheat) with at least 4 of your 6 small meals a day.

    yes an another way to shed the lbs bro is eat every 3 hours rest assure the wait will fall off and that dont mean a hole pizza neither.humans r forigers r genetic make up has us always on the look out for food biggest mistake people make is eating 1 or 2 big meal a day ehh wrong thing to do eat small meals like clock work every three hours an u will dramaticly drop weight without exercise.but being u will be hitting the gym by the sounds of it with ur body type it will be an absolute shock to ur body to eat like that and shocking the body is good.

    when u eat 1 or to large meal a day ur body goes into servivel mode it want to take a large part of the food intake and store as fat for fuel later.so u have huge up a down spikes of energy.not good but when u eat smaller more freaquint meals (every 3 hours)ur body has a more constant fuel source an in turn will not have to go into servivul mode and store it as fat.look at it this way a car runs its best when it has fuel in it well ur body is like a car it has to be fueled properly to run rt well if there is no fuel in it it wont run rt.i bet it will take more will power to eat every 3 hours then to go to the gym everyday rest asured.an after the 1st day by ur 2nd hour between meals u will be ready to eat ur own arm cause u will be so f en hungry this way u can still take in the good carbs that tren bull is talking about without putting on excess fat.i swear by this every 3 hours meal thing ive helped several people with it 1 being my wife who at 117 lbs lost 10 lbs in under 7 days it works like a dream.(i hope u have will power cause to eat like this is alot harde than u think.

    example:
    1st meal 4 hard boiled egg whites only with 1 dannon yogurt<---regular for sugar good in the morning
    2nd meal half of a turkey hoagi(figure 12 inch )and this time low fat yogurt 2 hard boiled egg whites only
    3rd meal other half of sandwich, baked patatoe,possibly tuna
    again just example,s put in place things that u can tolerate and it will def work hold on tho it is a bumpy ride

    with the added test to your body it usually can help reduce fat, as long as diet and cardio are in check
