i wouldnt say this is normal........you must be really gyno prone to only be using 500mg/wk and getting puffiness.......stay on top of it

Up the Nolva to 40mg/day. In a week it should improve. You don't want to mess with gyno. You can also grab some proviron - which helps for gyno, libido, hardness...but it may take some hair off your head if you are prone.

You might want to bump nolva to 40mgs ED until the puffyness goes away, then go back to 20mgs ED.....................

Keep taking your nolva @ 20mg Ed and throw some B-6 tabs in there just in case. If you have higher bodyfat, the fat in your chest area may be holding water from the test. Go to the banner at the top of the page and invest in some Liquidex if this is the case.

Letro for test only? If it is just bloat and he has higher BF, I would just go Liquidex. Besides, since it effects him so much, the letro estrogen rebound may make him worse off in the end.

either one would work, but letro is stronger. its possible to avoid a rebound effect by slowly tapering the dose down.
