    prop/drol course- my experience: after-thoughts.....

    ok, this is a follow-up post to a thread i started about 12 weeks ago:

    im on week 2 of PCT now, things are going ok.

    at the end of my 10 week cycle, my stats are as follows:

    Height- 5'7
    current Weight- 186lbs w/ roughly 13% bodyfat
    current lifts- Flat Bench: 315lbs x 4 Deadlift: 405lbs x 6 Squat: 450lbs x 5

    my flat bench went up alot as i focused on it more than usual, as for deadlifts, i took a month off from them, and have just started back, am feeling ready to add another 10-15lbs to the bar now. i stopped doing heavy squats, and have experimented with acouple of different rep ranges over the last 3 months. but i had to try 200kg (450lbs) for afew just to see how many i could do, altho i dont believe i went to parallel. but, at the moment im using 315 for 4 sets of 10, supersetted with lunges.

    was dissapointed with the weight gain, as i expected more. Before i get asked about my diet, training, resting patterns etc, check out another thread i started awhile ago:

    i am looking noticably bigger, more defined now aswell, and my strength is still improving. ive cut down on the calories now, as i added alittle bodyfat, so far its worked a treat, have cut alittle bit, and havent lost any strength. biggest improvements are in my arms, delts and traps. my shoulders are a strong point, and i had changed my arm training aswell as traps quite alot during the cycle.

    prop pain was really the only side-effect that hindered me from the test, and also increased hair growth on my back... nice (getting it waxed very soon). felt like crap off the anadrols, am going to avoid them in future cycles. i enjoyed the ED injections to be honest, kind of miss them now lol

    my next course will look like this:

    wk 1-10: 400mg deca
    wk 1-12: 1000mg Test E
    wk 1-6: 50mg Dbol ED

    along with anti-e's and ofcourse a solid PCT. the reason im doing this course is for my first course i did deca with dianabol, and had good results, want to do it again with test added. also, ive ran 750mg test E before, and someone suggested in the 'very annoying problem' thread that i try a higher dosage.

    for the next cycle i am also going to up the cals again, last cycle i was eating about 4,000-4,500 ED, this next one im going to eat over 5,000calories

    i think its odd that you only gained 6 lbs with that cycle. but you did state that you dropeed 2% body fat so that what 10lbs of new muscle maybe? not really sure thats jsut my guess. thats not a bad gain at all but i figured you would have gained more, but as long as you and other ppl notice your bigger and your strength is up thats all that matters.
