With these sort of questions popping up that God damn banner is becoming more trouble than it's worth.
This is in a gray area to me, although this is an open source request. you'll get the source from the banner anyway.

I got it the same day, but there was only one international source. So don't know why it claims to provide a 'list'. Anyone get something different?
