When injecting 500mg a week of Sustanon or Enanthate,would it be better to inject 250mg the first day & the other 250 on the third day & so on? Or just inject the whole amount once a week.

if it's sustanon250, you will inject about 100-150mg eod b/c of the ester lifetime, and if it's test e, which has a longer lifetime, you will inject 250 on say monday and thurs...
