Need some advice on Arimidex and eq

I am starting a cycle

EQ 600mg a week
Enanthate 500mg a week
My question is should I take Arimidex 1mg everyday or should I take Nolvadex or both. I am 30 years old 5 11" 230lbs.

Just the A-dex is fine, save the nolva for PCT. Nice stats what's your BF%?

Edit: You can get away with .5mg ED or 1mg EOD.

i dont think you need 1 mg per day.. .25 mgs of a dex will suffice with 10mg of nolva daily as well.. you should be covered with that..
