Who regularly bridges?
In the middle of PCT & I feel like a cancer patient. Never bridge intrested in trying.

You are either on or you are off. Smartest thing to do at your age (33) is to do the PCT and deal with it bro. Seriously, bridging and cruising are big commitments.

Sounds like you need to eat more and get the diet straight. I'm two wks off and feel great, but I'm also consuming around 4500-4800calories. Try not to rely on the juice so much and find other methods to hold the weight, diet/training/rest. Or GH/slin/IGF1LR3 are good choices between cycles.
