    whats better to run ??

    ok for a first cycle i did all my research but now everyone i talk to they say something different.. i only want to do one maybe 2 cycles ..

    i thought i would do a test + deca or eq for a first one but some people are saying do test only .. but test + deca or eq would let me hold on to more gains right then test alone ??

    with test & good bulking diet ull gain alote of mass

    I am doing a test E 13 weeks and 12 weeks eq, don't think I'll blow up but i will put on some solid mass. Deca will help you to put on some seroious size, depends on what you are looking for. Also post your stats

    ok cool .. im 6'0.. 150.. and im turnin 21 .. you ever heard of those people who can eat all day and still not gain lol im one of them its so ****ing hard ..

    2. dont wanna get massive but bigger like 200.. but i wanna be able to keep whatever i get i know i cant keep it all
    3. i eat 6 meals a day with snacks inbetween

    wk 1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
    wk 1-12 Test E or C 500mg/wk
