I took it 3 times at 166/63 154/80 and 146/ 68 . Seems pretty high on the sistolic and low on the diastolic. My harte rate was at 98 bpm all three times . ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!!!!!!!!

Just stopped the d-bol last week so maybe that will help.Just dont want my heart exploding, that would make a huge mess and also kill me lol . Dont know what to do Iguess ill check it again tomorro and go from there. Any other help would be appreciated!!!

Sure it could. That "could" be the reason. Check it again as soon as you get a chance (under normal circumstances) see if it is still that high. Either way, If I were you I would stop doing everything until I knew for sure that things are ok. Its just not worth the risk. Better to be safe then sorry. JMO-

Those numberts arent THAT high.. Sure the systolic is high but you should keep an eye on it.. Its not so high that its dangerous acutely. Measure the BP again in normal situation.. If still so high consult a GP. 146/80 is a lil elevated but they wouldnt probably even put you on meds.. some docs might.. Dont get me wrong, monitoring your BP is very important but these numbers arent really that high while on a cycle.. enough to get me concerned but not high enough to stop the cycle.

the diastolic value is of more importance anyway usually

your in the hypertension zone, that is bad. i would back all yoru doses down, and/or come off until you get it under control, which will take some time.
i would also do cardio, real cardiovascular cardio..not fat burning cardio. and check your diet.
bp is very very important. ive seen many heart attacks and strokes on the job, and it wakes you up fast. the diastolic isnt bad, but many doctors rely more on the systolic equally as much, as well as the pulse pressure, which yours is also high (the diffference between the two)

i'm no expert bro but my my right hand man is an R.N and i started taking my pressure a week before my cycle and noticed alot of things affected it....yes it's high but you also drank an "energy" drink AND had a good workout. try to take it around the same time like around bed time when your relaxed abit...trust me you'd be surprised what'll raise your pressure. just for kicks...take a RELAXED (after a shower, etc.) reading...then watch a good action flick ... like UFC greatest knock-outs without even getting off the couch and take it again..it won't be much of a difference, but it also won't be the same. hence the redbull and workout.

sorry i forgot this did you take your pressure BEFORE the start of your cycle to establish a base-line of your pressure?

Dropping the Dbol will drop the BP a bit. Review your diet and try some Hawthorne Berry extract (I put it in tea) to also help lower it.
My worst BP was 155/88, and that was when I was on Dbol and stupidly was taking sudafed not realizing that it spikes BP.
If it keeps up, you have to go to a DR. They dont call hypertension the silent killer for nothing.
Good luck,

Just for discussion, what are the ideal BP zones?

[QUOTE=alber. Just stopped the d-bol last week so maybe that will help[/QUOTE]
This should have done the trick. Check you BP in the AM (upon rising), at noon and before you go to bed. You should see a trend and will get an accutate view of what you BP really is and what is effecting it.
Also your readings were all over the board, which leads me to believe that you were using a wrist cuff. They are pretty inaccurate. Buy a regular cuff.
You can buy a decent monitor in any sharper image or even a drug store for a fraction of the price of a cycle.
It is a good investment.

Listen bro I am a licensed emt/firefighter you bp is alittle high, but I personally woulldnt be that worried about it. its your diastolic that is more important and as long as thats not over 100 its not that big a risk. That is the pressure that your heart is resting at. I knwo in many cases it goes right back to normal within a few weeks of going off cycle. Plus there are lot of things that effect yoru bp, not just roids, stress, mood, temperature, the best way to check your bp is right when you get up in the morning that is going to tell you if you got a problem or not. If you take it then at its like 160/96+ then yeah you need to stop what your doin and see a doc. or pop some viagra, that expands your blood vessels and lowers heart rate plus you get one hell of a wrestling partner for awhile. lol

I had my BP measured today at 168/82.......
Then my actual docter measured it to see if the retard did it wrong and guess what??.... It measured 128/72.
Make sure someone that knows how to actual do it is measuring it.
Some arm sleeves are to small for ppl with big arms and will give false readings.
Chill out when they measure it.

Hi there,
As posted earlier, it wa sprobably the caffeïne and the exercise that hightened you BP, it has been recorded that some powerlifters during exercise have a systolic BP of 350, bear in mind that these are extreme's yet it shows you that during exercise BP can easily rise to hypertension levels, as long as it returns to baseline after a while you should be fine. And as was also stated earlier by another member; Take you BP in the morning after waking up, around noon, and before sleep.
Relax it's probably nothing but if it remains high you should visit a doctor.
Anyway hope I helped.
