    nolva during cycle

i have been told that taking nolva while on cycle, regardless of sore nipples, will hamper gains. Is there any truth to this?

In this case shouldnt one simply take nolva when one's nipples are getting sore/ gyno is observed. (if they are the same thing, then pardon my ignorance)

hamper gains? I highly doubt it.. and anyway if it would it would be EXTRMELY small.. and for what it could be saving you (gyno, bloated face) its worth it.. worked well for me when i was on..

I think it really does hinder gains, and this is based on my own experience with it. My last cycle I didnt run any nolva at all and I made by far the most keepable gains out of any of my cycles, the cycle before that I ran 10mg of nolva the entire time and the pumps in the gym just wernt the same.

I guess there are both sides.. When I used test i took nolva and the pumps and strength and weight gains were still pretty damn good.. i guess each person is diff.. wonder if there are any specific studies on this..

Some say it does hinder gains slightly but prevention is better than any cure of gyno, always use it.
