the thing is i started to train with 16 and i had about 140 pound after so many years of training im 30 now and stuck, with my 85 - 86 kilo 195 pound i just want to get over the plateau. And like to have 90-95 kilo 210 220 pound (I think)
I would like to know from experienced people what would give the best result.
My first circle was one year ago and it was 250 test every second and 200 deca every 3rd day
The second was just d-bol alone an this was the hell, pure water .( 4 month ago)
Did some research but people say always some different things
And I just don’t want to pull to much water.
Would appreciate every idea .
