    LOL, ya Marcus...the good old "moonface." But I mean it depends how severe your water retention is, you just look puffier pretty much, you will know the different between fat and bloated when you run a few cycles and learn your body man.

    Gyno is great as usual man, only got 33 PM's about it when I got up this morning so things are dying down around here...btw, can you send me some more pics of yourself....I uuhhhh I lost the old ones, ya umm I somehow just lost them, make sure to wear your posing trunks, its the only way to get a full judge of your physique.

    i have only had water retention bad the once and that was at the start of my gh....couldnt close my hands and my feet swelled up a tad....
