Nolvadex 10 mgs/day- 12 weeks

im starting clomid after 14 days, how much and how much nolv. still???,,, thanks

How did that cycle go for you??? What types of gains did you see? Im assuming it was your first, thats a pretty standard first cycle???

clomid 100mg 30 day's
nolva 20mg 30 day's

You should have researched this before starting the cycle IMO. If your PCT protocol is Clomid/Nolva. Run 100mg/ED Clomid for 15 days, then again at 50mg/ED for 15-20 days. Along with Nolva 20mg/ED throughout.

thanks for the info guys,,im 5'10 and i actually shot up from 205 to 230, and then i am now about 220-225 range still around 8-9% bf...stronger than ever. But spring break, being sick, and moving out kinda killed the end of my cycle. so here comes the fun part, PCT. hahaha, im actually thinking about competing, but im not really into the serious drug usage, i have a lot of friends that compete and they are really not healthy, also im only 20 years old, so i figure 2 cycles a year is good enough...thanks again

whoooaaa, 20 years old 2 cycles a year, reconsider, I wouldn't have recommended one, but up to you....if I were you I would keep at it natty for a while before you even consider another cycle, seems like you got a way with the first few and made some nice gains, why risk another??? stick with it natty and be thankful you haven't ****ed anything up and still go big...
