Var ok for cutting and holding muscle ???
Hey Bros I wanted to see if I wanted to cut some fat and keep the muscle I have would it be good to run a var only cycle. I was thinking that it would help maintain the muscle I have while trying to cut down for the summer? I know that all of this has to do with diet but the var should keep me form loosing muscle?

What kind of pct is there for Var only cycle?
Should the var be a 8 or 10 week cycle?
Any idea how much BF can be lost with the diet and training be spot on?

Swifto I appreciate your input. On the nolva are you saying use it during the cycle or just during the pct? I ask because if it is to use during the cycle I thought in the profile that is would not produce the estrogen sides. If nolva and clomid is to be used both for pct then I understand. Thanks Man

I am running the same var only cycle (60mg ed - 8 weeks) and I am running my clen /ECA (alternating correctly) along with it...I have the same goals.
how much cardio should I be doing? I have been steppin it up, goin just about every day i workout for 30 minutes fairly hard. I just want to make sure I don't overdo it and shrink. I am pretty lean (semi-vascular) everywhere except the waistline.
any input?

var is excellent, i put on 9 lbs and dropped a good amount of bodyfat, im gonna post a cycle diary very soon, i saw amazing results...

for PCT most people just use clomid at 50mg per day for 2 wks...

I you are looking to lose BF, there are better ways to go other than var if your blood pressure is ok-- clen for example.
A ten week cycle at 60-80 mg ed and you could lose 20 pounds safely and add some lean muscle mass at the same time.

I know you have been working this for a while Beast. If you have your diet in control (clen destroys my appetite), have your cardio together twice a week and have fun lifting 4x a week. Yeah, knowing your stats, I would stand by 20 pounds in ten weeks. That is two pounds a week. A realistic, sane goal.

sounds good im just in pct right now im goona train natural again for two months and then start a var only cyclei respond very well to it as well,,i might add some tbol depending on how a feel by then
