    how taking first time Dekka?

    I have a question I'm S.korean so I can't English write well.. sorry
    Q:how taking dekka~?
    it's first time for me i have dekka 45 tabs only one.

    cf) four week eating and one week rest.
    every day 1day 1tab! or one week 1day 1tab and two week 1day 2tabs
    i'dont know. answer please many thanks
