    Question Please help if you can

    Okay well im about done with my first cycle of tes cypionate and ara test. Now im starting to come off. I am still comepletely dumb on this subject and need more advice. Im about to drop some cash and get HGH (human growth hormones) Im wondering how I should do all this if i should do all this and what i need to do. I am extremely new and would really aprrreciate help.
    Heres my stats
    Weight 240
    Bodyfat 17%
    height 6"3"
    Bench 350
    Squat 450
    Clean 275
    And i am 18 years old.
    Id also appreciate a goodworkout plan to be in

    what are you doing PCT since youre coming off? I really hope you have something planned? I really dont think you need steroids at your age and GH wont give you much in terms of mass either. GH is also pretty worthless until you are closer to 30. I think you need to do more research on this subject

    Well what do you reccomend i take to get super cut and aqquire massive stregnth. Im completely dumb on this whole subject and im barely in my 1st year of nutrition at college. What would you suggest and how often should i take it

    You're 18... just finished a cycle.. coming off and don't know what to do next?

    1. you're too young for gear
    2. one educates oneself about PCT BEFORE one's cycle. In addition PCT supplies are bought before coming off. What happens now if you couldn't get your PCT supps in time?
    3. There's a PCT forum.. i'd suggest you visit it
    4. GH .. i don't even know what to say to that one.

    what should u take and how often? I would suggest 4000-5000 calories every day for a long long time!! And for god's sake, do some research before you put anymore chemicals in your body or youre gonna end up fu(king yourself up pretty bad!!

    Ditto, longhorn it's good to see you back around. I have not seen you in awhile. Bro, you have enough natty test to cycle you have absolutley no need for gear. PS.     Thanks guys. Ill wont take anyhitng after this week. Hope i didnt mess up my tes 2 bad.
    When should i even do research on what to take?

    yea i agree, hgh is way too expensive for what it gives you, plus its straight dangerous for an 18 year old to take it

    gear alone will not get you cut, diet will do that. but imo, a good stack for cutting and strength would be 100 mgs test prop eod / 100 mgs winni depot eod. but you need to do propeer pct and take some time off before you hit up another cycle

    start researching right now if you can. the more you know about roids the better. btw, you need to do pct asap. did you run an anti e while on cycle?

    ASAP, you need to research PCT, so you can hopefully maintain your gains and help your body readjust to the crush it's headed for currently. After that check the diet and workout forums to gain more knowledge. Please take heed to what others are telling you because they're trying to help. You are way too young for gear and are risking your health. Your body is fully of natural test and GH and if you're diet, rest and workouts are in order, you can reach your natural potential and use gear later when you plateau. Have patience, work hard, and you’ll reap the rewards.

    Why would you need someone elses workout plan? If your can truthfully put up those numbers your doing pretty well with your own plan.

    Now when someone mentions what they bench press or run the 40 yrd dash in , I just ignore it. In the past week 2 out of shape nobodys claimed they both benched over 300 and one said he also ran a 4.4 forty. I told him , why aren't you playin college ball? Your marks are as good as the #1 draft picks at the combine......

    haha thats funny. it seems way too many guys will lie about sh_t like that to such an extent that its blatently obvious they are lying. its pretty funny when some 140 pound guy tells me he can bench over 300 pounds. im thinkin to myself... BULLSH_T if your gonna lie, at least make it believable. otherwise it only makes you look dumb
