??? Pls Critique My Second Cycle ???

I am 25yrs old 6'3''@ 220lbs. and 16% bf
This is my Second Cycle and first time w/ PCT

Gear Consists of...

30cc Sus 250
20cc Masteron 200mg (long acting from UGL)
Anavar 100 caps of 20mg
Armidex 30ml of 2mg
Nolva 100 caps of 20mg
HCG total of 10000iu total
Aromasin 50 caps of 25mg

Now this is the plan which I would like critiqued ... I thought I did enough research and had this planned correctly until I saw soo many different approaches and points of views from other members...

Sust 250 @ 500mg/week shot eod @ 1/2 a cc
Masteron @ 400mg/week shot eod @ 1/2 a cc
Anavar @ 40mg/day
Arimidex @ .25mg/day (non bloat)
Nolvadex everday @ 20mg and PC (I'm gyno prone)

I still have 10cc's of Sus 250 using the above plan... I read sus does not kick in until after 4 weeks... so should I start using it for 2 weeks prior to starting the rest of my cycle... running it a total of 12 weeks with everything else at 10 weeks?

Anavar at 40mg a day for 50 days? Or more milligram for less time?
Also... I was thinking to schedule the anavar 50 day cycle so that I take my last pill 18 days after last sust shot (because sus stays in system for 18 days after where anavar PCT begins after 24 hours ( I think )

Post Cycle is exactly as this:
18 Days after last sus shot and day after last anavar:

Week 1
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E 1000 IU/day
Week2
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 iu/day
Week 3
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 IU/day
Week 4
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day
Week 5
Nolvadex: 20mg/day
Week 6
Nolvadex: 20mg/day

i would run letro during your cycle, that should control the gyno and any bloat

i would save the arimidex for your pct.

keep the nolva

also i would run the hcg in the 18 days prior to your pct not during.<<< i really think you should look into that

also add clomid to the pct

PEUMP... Letro is just more effective and fights for estrogen depletion as well as stopping bloat right?
Well wouldn't Arimidex (Liquidex) and Nolva together produce the same effect?

After doing more reading... I now agree now with taking HCG previous to PCT. But still how much per day and for how long>?
500ius a day for 3 weeks ... then start PCT?

nothing wrong with the pct he has outlined mate...i am actually going to run the exact same one after my summer cycle...........
this is Anthony Roberts new protocul.....
there is nothin wrong with pheednos and i have used that several times..

as far as hcg is concerned you will find so many different protocols.
everyone seems to use it in a different way.
i've tried 500iu ed for 10 days...............
1000iu twice a week for 2 weeks............
5000, 3000, 1500, and 1500iu over two weeks (4 shots total)
some say run it ed throughout cycle(i would NOT do this)

look around and do whatever seems to make the most sense to you
research research research

as far as your pct, i did not say that it was wrong i only stated what I would do.

i need to look into "Anthony Roberts new protocol" per booz

research research research... thats what i have been doing ... and thats what is also confusing me... I read one thread about how to run HCG one way... and it makes sense ... then read another... and it makes valid claims as well. Its extremely hard to choose... ((frustrated)) ...

Another question... any comments on shooting sus and master eod?
And should i start sust 2 weeks before starting the rest of cycle? (loading phase)
Anavar ... 100 of them @20mg ea. ... how much? and when should i start it?

Once again ... I really appreciate any and all feedback...
