Ya just go and pick it up. It's not a big deal. Sometimes they just wont leave things, there could be any number of reasons, maybe there was some punk kid outside and they didnt want it to get stolen who knows. Just go grab it, the postal workers are just the worker bees, they dont know crap, if it was anything to worry about they would have stopped it higher up on the chain.
