Im 22 years old..im 5'8..185 lbs(i was at 196lbs only 3 weeks ago..but i lost some muscle mass).my bf % was 26 when i first started..now im at 19%....ive been working out for about 4 years..and ive been going hard for the last few years....i was going to do a winny only cycle..however everyone says its a bad idea...and that i should stack it with test e...but the thing is..for my height..im actually a pretty good size..i have very broad and wide shoulders..im not really looking to get much bigger..maybe a bit..im moreso concerned with getting cut only...what is the best thing i should do..i also follow a diet and do cardio 4-5 times /week 40-50 min....
