    Clen/T3 and keeping LBM

    Can clen and t3 be used with out losing LBM, in cahoots with aas such as Test Prop and Var? I would like to add them in for the last 6 weeks or so but I don't want them eating up my muscle looking to shread that last bit of body fat, currently at about 9.5% at 6'1 252 thanks bros..

    Sure it can, with everything you're running the big factor would diet. If you're diet is garbage you'll easily lose muscle.

    I have not broken it down into numbers but it is around 3800 cals, tons of protien near 500g/day, probably = or less than 100grams of carbs.., using flax/fish oils as well. Is there any problem with running clen on low carb diets, I'm pretty much following the cutting sticky , I want to run the Clen like this for 2 weeks and see if it provides a little more help getting the fat off. I can pretty much run the clen on and off as a I please while i'm on the aas, i've got about 7 weeks left till pct. I'd prefer to only run it once for 2 weeks, hopefully it can get me to where I want. I'm curious how other members have reacted to this type of cycling with clen. Thanks Bros.

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg
    Day6-Day12: 100mcg
    Day13: 80 mcg
    Day14: 60 mcgs

    Var and test should be sufficient to save muscle. If you are trying to cut, why are you eating as much as you are? Shouldnt your daily intake be about 3,000 (BMR) or less?

    Well with you calorie intake I agree that it's definitly on the high side for cutting. Plus I question your calculations. If you're eating 500g protein a day and 100g or less of carbs, that would mean that you would be eating around 150g a day of fat. I couldn't see you losing much with a diet like that even with t3 & clen.
    There's nothing wrong with using clen on a low carb diet.
    There's no need to start that low on the clen either and no need to taper it down at the end. Also to really see the benefit you'll most likely need to increase the dose of clen as well.

    how do you reccomend running it then? I have 50 20mcg tablets or 1000mcg, i've just read that 2 weeks is suffient for clen any opinions are welcome.

    You can start at about 60mcg per day and split it up over 2 doses. Since you're only running 2 weeks on/2 off this will allow you to build up the dose a little quicker. Then just increase by 20 mcg per day until you reach 120-160mcg and continue with that dose until the 2 weeks is up and then go right off it. That's a good range to keep it between and you should see good results with that.

    I found that it was best to start with 20mgs of clen , and work myself up each day 20mgs untill the sides became unbarable. Then I'd keep that dosage untill the end of the six week period.

    Unless you were using ketotifen or benadryl with it then there would be a hindering effect with the clen over such a long period with it to run it straight like that.

    sounds good bro's i'm going to take this week and see how much more fat I can shread with dieting and cardio then perhaps introduce clen in to finish the rest of the fat off. I should take it after my cardio? and before I lift because I lift at night, does it matter if i take it two hours before i lift or is that too close..thanks bro's.

    2 hours prior shouldn't have a negative impact on your training. I wouldnt take it too late in the day or it can keep you up at night. I would take the first clen dose first thing in the morning and one in about mid to late afternoon.
