4 weeks and 2 days
into my test e and deca cycle...... from everyones elses experiences with this what were you seeing at this time if anything? im doing 500mg test, 325 deca per week with my daily proviron . im feeling a little bit of increased sex drive(not a lot) and not really any size or strength gains yet! im curious and anxious so any input would be appreciated

im four weeks in now too. put on 11 pounds, preatty bulky. got real pissed off the other day so im getting a short fuse. not nothin i cant handle. but u should be seeing somthing. might take up to 5 or 6 weeks to get to see real good results. just keep hitting it hard, and getting those calories

it usually takes about 6 weeks for both of them to get going

i have just upped the calories, last week i started taking in more and i already see a difference. this is my first cycle and i honestly thought i could take in about 2200 calories a day like i was doing before started....... there is a world of difference between 2200 and 3000 or 3200.......

You should be taking in more cals, but that’s just me! Anyways, unless you got bunk gear if this is your 4th week you should at least feel alot stronger...just be patient.

I did the same cycle well 600mg Test E, 400mg Deca didn't feel a damn thing tila bout 41/2 - 5 weeks in.. thought my gear wsa bunk and then 30lbs later after week 13 I figured otherwise...

2200 cal.s isn't enough IMO. If you want to bulk, supplement the 2200 cals you get from your diet with a weight gainer. Get your cal. up to 4k to 5k and you'll put on weight, muscle and probably a little fat. (I gained 25 lb in three months just by doubling cal. intake

i guess i have always reared on the trying to stay slim side...... i have uped the calories to 4500 and i can tell a huge difference, but just uping them from 2200 to 3200 blew my mind at how well it helped and how much stronger and all round better i felt!! right now im slammin tha food every 2 hours, im so sick of tuna and muscle milk i cant see straight!!!! bout to go get me a big ole salmon and sweet potatoe right now!!

I did a test C/deca "cycle" for 3 weeks and I was up 15lbs.
Mostly H2O and I did notice some muscle, along with strenght gains.

Very uneducated at the time...... Blimped up didn't like it , but made me feel better, and meaner. Family problems+other stuff caused me to end it early so I only did it for 3 weeks. Most say it doesn't kick in till around the 6th week. I don't want to get any bigger.
Now my goals are different so size isn't needed.
