Hey guys.. i am on pct right now finishing week 1. i am at 120mcg's of clen purchased from AR. I love the results so far. im taking creatine as well to help keep my strength & fullness.. the clen is definitely starting to kick in..
current status: 5'-5" 165lbs coming of a 12 week sust cycle w/ drol..
im shaking a little but nothing crazy, some cramps here & there but im taking my taurine & drinking enough water as usual..
the best part is i definitely noticed that clen is hardening me up & im cutting up in my arms, shoulders & some of my stomach fat.. just 2 questions i have:
1. what should be the mcg dose i stop at? im thinking 160mcg/day? i know the range is 120-160mcg, but want extra feed back.
2. im doing the 4 week clen package w/ benydryl on week 3, do i need to take 50mg of benadryl per day or once a week?
