    var and prop

    Im thinking about running a var and prop cyle and was looking for some advice.As in dosage and cycle length. Im 6'0 240lbs and currently training to compete in olympic weightlifting meets.The reason i choose var was i would not gain a significant amount of weight while also getting stronger.My friend told me i should throw in some prop because i would get better gains and still not gain that much weight.Also how much bf can i expect to drop?Im at around 17.5 at thi moment.Thanks

    You will drop bodyfat from a sound nutritional approach and exercise, not from exogenous AAS.

    Unfortunately bro steroids DO NOT burn fat...with the exception of one(which is not recommendable for a newb) and second and the second is debatable. The absolute best way to burn unwanted BF is a clean diet and rigorous cardio routine. Try and do cardio first thing in the A.M. on an empty stomach for maximum fat loss.

    ....an added OTC thermogenic may be beneficial as well.

    Sage advice above, with the exception of steroids not burning fat/not for newbies.

    Var burns fat (as studies have proven), is for newbies, and does so with or without (obvoiously not recommended for the bb'er) exercise.

    Primo is also an excellent actual fat burner.

    And so does Test, primarily through its usage and secondarily through the production of more muscle, which requires more energy (of which fat is a stored source).

    Var is debatable on whether it burns fat and I was referring to tren as not suitable for a newb.

    I haven't seen/read any proof that primo burns fat.

    Well aside from burning fat which is not that important to me. Do you think that the strength gains will be good and solid , and do you think i'll keep most of it. I've read in alot of places that for the most part you keep you're gains off var.Also not a newb have done 2 sust/deca last one coming about a year ago.

    Good and solid gains??...absolutely. As far as keeping your gains will be dependant on a good PCT. Stay disciplined, keep your diet in check and work hard....you should have no problems keeping most of what you gain.

    i've used var and lost quite a bit of bf. my diet and training were on point. i didnt do much cardio, but i still noticed a significant dent in midsection. it does burn fat, well for me anyway.
