Hey guys...just started working out again after 3 years. I used to mainly do a lot of cardio back in the day with xenodrine (with ephedra). Stopped after I had a bad accident and ive gained about 80 lbs since then. I started doing an EC stack, trying to avoid the asperin so far because I honestly don't have the details on it's purpose. What stack do you guys reccomend I start out with? Today would be day 4 of my work out, doing around 36 minutes of cardio and 30-45 minutes of weights, isolating 1-2 muscles a day. Any advice would be appreciated
