So i'm almost 3weeks into my Sustanon cycle running 150mg EOD. I was expecting my waist size to decrease while on. It seems to be getting bigger. Maybe its just me. Well my diet is about like so.

Breakfast: Bowl of Raisin bran or eggs and wheat toast.

Snack 1: Chicken breast

Snack 2: Banana

Lunch: 2 cans of tuna, bowl of veggies, and a couple of low carb tortillas

Snack 3: Cottage cheese, yogurt and fruit mixed together.

Snack 4: Protein Shake

Dinner : 1 and 1/2 grilled chicken breasts and bowl of veggies.

I am drinking about 2 gallons of water througout the day.
