Test E at 500mg/wk...would you rather take a-dex or proviron? I've taken provrion and loved the stuff. However, what's better for keeping the bloat down? Can both be taken with Test E during cycle?

I think that Arimidex is good during cycle. But if you use Proviron during cycle, it can block some strenght gains from TestE. Anyway it`s just what I think

No need to take both....thats like throwin' your cash away. Either is a good option....try some armidex this time.

i use nolvadex and it works great for me

I'm for the Adex myself-cheaper than the Pro by a longshot IMO.
