This is probably not a "complete" answer to your question, but test should enhance the fat loss.
I am doing Test E and my workout is very "cardio heavy". Roughly 75% of my time spent working out is cardio, the other 25% weights including abs. Diet is tight as far as getting cut.
I am definitely getting more cut with the Test E compared to what I was naturally.
I feel the cardio seems a little harder while I am doing it though. Nothing scientific, just my effort level seems higher when I am on cycle versus off.
But significantly more cut (less fat) on cycle.
