    Call it quits or keep moving along ??

    Ok heres the problem started my cycle 9 weeks ago, test cyp 250 twice a week deca 300mgs per ml 150mgs twice a week, went through two vials of the cyp, went out and got a third vial different company, still cyp 200mgs per ml, finished that then got a fourth ... test enan 350 mgs per ml, finished that today, i have one more vial of enan 350 left..finished the deca two weeks ago, i gained only 6 pounds i know its not fat because my pants fit fine and my shirts are gettin tighter, im eatin clean, lots of calories and protein, working out like a mad man, my streanth has not gone up at all ... stats when i started 175 5 foot 5, 43 y/o training hard 2 1/2 years, I know this sh!t is underdosed, its mex gear, now i know why all the bros hate this sh!t, how long can i go on with this cycle i was planning on twelve weeks, is sixteen to long, this is my first cycle, the enan 350 im doing the last three weeks is 1.5 ml so that means 525 mgs twice a week, but i know this crap is underdosed, i read it was 212 mg per ml, so i woud think its about 300mgs if its underdosed, safe to go sixteen weeks or even fourteen ??? my guy better come up with better shit, or im moving on...Thanks sorry for such a long thread let me give myself a nut kick --

    You can extend the cycle but I dont know if I see a point, there is something wrong here and spending more money on gear wont fix it. It is either you diet, your rest, your training or your gear.

    I eat good train good, dont sleep that good, and i think the gear is way underdosed, i do see a difference though, just not major, and not to mention i am 43, i still have a vial of the enan 350 left, so i guess ill kill it off, i wish i had a before picture, then at least people could tell me if they see a difference..     You could have easily gained 6lbs without the gear. You're deff doing something wrong like Bino said, whether it be diet/training(overtraining?)/Rest? Also it doesn't look like you had any kind of plan on your cycle as you just kept buying bottles and throwing them in here and there, then switching to enanthate at the end? Also a Gram of test for a first cycle? You're 43 yrs old, you would've reacted very well off of 400-500mg/wk of Test by itself.

    Post your diet in the dietforum and let's see what you call a "good diet". Be sure to list your goals and try and set it up like this for easy critiquing.
    Ex.
    9am - 6eggs (2whites) + 3 slices wheat toast

    11:30am - 6oz turkey + 2cups brown rice

    etc

    The sleep is a problem, i was a little over weight about 10 pounds, may be over training, i also did run deca , as for switching products i was only gonna run an 8 week cycle so i picked up 2 vials of cyp 2oo mgs per ml, then finding out that the syd group was underdosed i started running more a week, to try to even it out to 250, than i wanted to run it 12 weeks, so when i ran ot of the cyp from syd, i found another source and picked up another cyp different brand ( mex ) and two enan, 350 it was half the price, the money is no big deal i just except quility thats all, are you saying at my age i should have uped my dose, bdmfkr, and is it to late......Oh and if you need me to delete the syd group just tell me, i dont think they were a UGL,.tHANKS Oh i had to throw in the enan, because he ran out of cyp, then i heard it was 350, so even if it was enderdosed, its still more tha 200...i did research about the cyp and enan, and all the bros said it was ok..

    That is my point, you didn't plan this cycle well. And if it was planned you totally fk'd it up by upping/lowering dosages and changing the planned duration. When I design a cycle I plan it out to the tee and then run it all the way through and get everything I need before starting. Still like to see your diet, I've heard many times "my diet is good" and then when I see it, it's a whole other story.

    It was planned, but being that i found out it was underdosd i ran ouy of the cyp, becaused i upped the dose to try to even it off, my diet when possible, witch is at least 5 days a week is in the morning 7 egg whites wth turkey, two hours later a plain backed potato, 1/2 pound fish, protien shake two hours later, 1/2 pound of ostrich meat, a hugh bowl of spinich w/garlic & oil two slices of 12 grain bread then later on some chicken breast, with a hugh salad, then dinner a pound and a half of steak another potato some greens then snack out on sme nuts and another protien drink before bed, and i try to alternate that, but i must admit i do pig out on some food over the weekends, because i spend the weekend in the hamptons ny, long island, but the resturants are very good, ill try to give you my work out, but im gettin pms like crazy..Thanks bro

    You need to look at where the calories are comming from but I would also suspect the gear as well. Because Deca and test for a few weeks even with a half decent diet will put more then 6 pounds on someone.

    Are you eatting enough carbs and fats with all this protien?

    My thoughts exactly... Where are the carbs/fat sources? Looks like a purely protein diet, not good for mass.

    Btw, what happened to outlining your diet like I suggested, that was a mess of information.

    Bro ive been up since 2 am, ny time its 12:00 midnight now, so im very tired, so im giving you a rough diet, i cut out a lot of fat because my cholestrol was 296 two months before the cycle, And i was over weight for my size i was starting to look like a beach ball, and i think my natural test was low to begin with, i do get carbs from bread and bagles, i went from 186 to 175 then started my cycle, got up to 181, and my pants still fit when i was down to 170, so i think or hope its muscle, i'll post a picture if its ok in this forum being that the thead is here.
