Once a week per site is usually the common way to go. Why not do glutes, tris, pecs, quads?
glutes - i dont have 1.5 but i also dont have fat on my glutes so thats not the problem, i m just scared to do it alone
tris - if its the same pain as bis......no thnk u

I would try quads. For me they are the easiest and most painless place for me to shoot. I've done a little over 3 cc's in quads with no pain at all.
If its just 2x a week injection, you can just alternate each shoulder. Easiest to shoot and i never get pain, even if i am shooting prop which sux everywhere else. Did arms once and will never do it again. If you have to spread it out, i would go with quads b/c of ease of injection.
Lol i did my left delt again, i was afraid of the pain........wat pain? it was all gone
it was pure virgin muscle syndrome, once i did it again there was no pain
i m gonna try and hit all the bodyparts in my body so i barely have to hit the same spot
