Food, food and more food to feed the newly aquired muscle you gained from your cycle. Also staying in the gym and keeping your workouts rather intense is a good idea. You might need to adjust it accordingly volume wise or whatever to meet your non-juicing needs, but keep it intense and you shuld be able to keep the majority of your gains. As far as supps go, I never relied on supps for me to be able to maintain my gains after a cycle. Food is what you need to keep your muscles fed.
I should also note that without a proper PCT protocol all of what I mentioned above with won't do a whole lot if your test levels aren't back up and at a normal level. If you ain't got PCT you should have a cycle, IMHO.

I totally agree with ODC0717. During my first cycle, my bench went from 265 8 times to 315 10 times. I was very psyched but didn't think I'd keep more than half of it. After cycle, I ate a lot and trained hard. I kept wondering when my bench would dip, but it NEVER did.

Cool.........also, I think it's pretty obvious, but I would definately judge the whole process on strength. If you're not losing any strength off cycle during PCT, then IMO, you are keeping all of your gains. I say strength not size juicepig, because, depending on what you were taking on cycle, off cycle, you will lose a bit of size, with me it was hardly anything, but that will be only water weight. To make this effect less amplified, and so you won't have much of an unwanted surprise when you come off, make sure you take plenty of anti es on cycle to avoid bloating. I did that's probably why I hardly lost any size.
