    1st Shot...Phobia of Needles

Thanks to the imput on this site, I discovered that not all vials have a rubber area to puch the needle through. Some are made of glass and have a breakable neck I administered my fist shot of Test. E about 20 minutes ago. Actually, I almost fainted and stopped, pulling the needle out. I regrouped and finally went though with it. Once the needle breakes the skin it goes in fast and easy. My only problem was the asportation (is that the right word -- pulling the needle back to make sure it's not in a vein.) I adminstered the shot in the ass and hand a hard time using my left hand to pull the plunger back. Next time, I guess I'll shoot in the quad...I think that will make it easier to bull the plunger back...Anyway, it was painless; I just hate needles.

    Thanks for all the help

    Bro,
I was so excited my hands were shaking, I stuck myself and after it was done I swear I wanted to do it again. What a freakin feeling.

It sounds like most members on this site are much more like you than like me. But even people who are leary of sticking themselves with needles can do it !!

Hey...It's not "H" were talking about here, you might want to double up on the Test., unless of course you are a lady and if so no disrespect.

Congradulations on your first stick.....it gets easier. Yes always aspirate prior to injecting and try rotating injections sites to keep scar tissue minimal. Good luck.

Hey bro I was in the same boat really didn't like needles but didn't have a really big fear of them. I'm in my 6th week of test e and loving it and all I do is quad and delt shots, the quads R the easyiest to do and I have heard a lot of guys say that the quad shots hurt after but I have never had any pain or sorness afterwards, give it a try. Good luck

LoL i sat staring at the needle and my @ss for about 30 minutes before my first shot! It took me forever to do it! Dont worry about it bro, youll get used to it. I started with glutes and stuck with them for the first cycle but have recently tried the quads, 10x easier to me. Personally i like shooting there alot more now. Good luck!

I just ordered 25 gauge, 1inch needles for the quad. It's too hard to reach the gluts which makes asporating easier. I tried to shoot and asporate with the same f'n hand and the needle was moving all over the place, hee hee. It left a big purple bruise. I think the quad will be easier, even if it is a little more painful. Thanks for the imput.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person who was a little uneasy with the idea of sticking a needle in their ass Too all those who haven't done this before, it really is painless and fast.

Once you get the needle in there is nothing to it and you start to get HOOKED on sticking yourself. I can't wait to start my next cycle just to stick myself and GROW !!! Good Luck and keep stickin

Sorry not hijacking, this has relevancy to your thread, so....
Do most of you aspirate and shoot with only one hand? (ie shoot your right glute with your right hand then just aspirate and inject using just the right hand OR do you reach around and hold the syringe with your left hand while you aspirate) If that makes sense? Seems the bigger I get the harder it is to reach around and hold the syring.
