which is better?

I was under the presumption from all that I read that Anavar is pretty damn good, but it gets costly. Now I have read where some people are saying that tbol is better in that you get all the same effects as anavar, but it doenst cost near as much. So is this true or is this just an opinion of a tightass? thanks
