    The purpose of a forum

    Call me crazy, but I thought the purpose of a forum was to learn and gain information through the sharing of other's knowledge and experience with the given subject. I am new to this forum, but it seems to me that everytime someone lays down a question, the response they generally get is "do more research." They're trying to do some gosh damn research by seeking other's knowledge and all they are met with is these half ass answers.

    Knowledge is gained tru reading; application; and feedback.

    The learning process itself is the perpetual comparison of new stimuli to past assimilated information.. using this template to form new conclusions/templates.

    The former, reading, is what is suggested when a new member asks a question that has been asked numerous times.

    The suggestion isn't an attempt to be rude.

    Rather, it is simply us directing a user to the wealth of informational resources that AR has.

    the reaserch you do on ar is writen up by people with ex in aas. the responses you get on the boards are from anybody that is a member some have ex others havent run there first cycle or are newbes that are just trying to get there postup to make them selfs look good by having lots of post.
