I was recently informed that while using Test. it raises your cholesterol...
I know nyacin is good for lowering it.... but are there any other supplements besides milkthistle for the liver that i should be taking to help maintain proper blood and cholesterol levels

Yo bro, my cholestrol was 296 two months before my cycle, a little over 4 months ago, went on a low fat diet starting takin 2000 mgs three times a day of ***** three, worked wonders 3 weeks ago did another test came back 180, cant beat that..

Well for some reason they edited my post, oatmeal is also great for your cholestrol, and like i said omeg@ 3 2000 mgs three times a day also salmon..
