Howdy peoples
Here is my planned first cycle. I am an endurance athlete wishing to improve recovery, RBC and NOT gain weight!!! Looking for advise from other endurance athletes hanging around... And anybody else that knows their stuff...
Week 1= Test E @ 125mg 2/week, 0.25mg A-dex ED
Weeks 2 - 12= Test E @ 125mg 1/week, 0.25mg A -dex ED
*Nolva on hand just in case
Weeks 14-18= Nolva @ 20mg ED
My question is basically how does this sound to you guys? Should I consider adding in, say, 200mg/week EQ? Does Nolva stuff up endurance?

25yo. 8 years training experience. Have been reading these (and other) boards to the point of addiction. This is my first cycle. Compete at a very high level. 6ft (181cm) tall, weigh 169lbs/77kg. Reason for this post is that it's very difficult to find out good info for us endurance guys not wishing to put on bulk. So there you have it. Fire away
